Q: Can I resell your merch?

No!

Q: How does a pre-order work?
I collect the order for the product prior to production, and the people who paid for pre-order will be the first to get the product as soon as my stocks are filled. This can take upto a month. 

Q: How long does it take for an order to ship out? (In-hands merch)

If it's in stock, I usually take less than a week to pack them. If not, I will have to order the new prints to refill the stock which could take up to a month. But I try to refill things as soon as possible.

Q: How do I get tracking number for my package?

Tracking number is NOT in the order receipt email. I will email you the tracking number separately once I ship it out! So please be sure to keep an eye on it in your inbox.

Q: How long does the delivery take once it's shipped?

It depends on your shipping address. But usually 3-5 days for United States and 1-2 weeks for international.

Q: Can I get a refund?

Once it is shipped out, no. If you wish to refund / cancel your order, please make sure to contact me within 12 hours after the order.
